For international delegates:

2. When will I receive the conference material?
Your conference kits will be provided on the morning of the day of the conference.
3. Will refreshments be served at the conference venue?
All meals and refreshments are included in the package and have been carefully selected to offer the best.

5. What about accommodation?
Hotel stay is not included in the package for local delegates. For special considerations in hotel fares, you can refer yourself as a part of the ART conference.
